I must first ask, who would not vote for a renewal on public education of the students in Toledo?

Renewal I would vote for. Additional funds I would not without seeing the proper financial records.

Yes I can't tell if it is a renewal or replacement. I can't find what they intend to do with the money either. So this seems to be a normal TPS levy campaign. You would think they learn from the past.

People won't understand initially if they should vote for against or non-coalition. People's initial reaction will be to check for or against.

...eaten up in law suits and legal fees. If the union doesn't get what it wants it will file in state or federal court that their contract has been violated. If someone feels discriminated against they wil file with one of the state agencies to be reimbursed or receive damages. It is all a waste of money. Better to deal with private institutions for education, and cut the b.s.
