Judge Mike Goulding is proud to announce that both the UAW and the Teamsters have now endorsed his campaign to keep serving the citizens of Toledo, Ottawa Hills, and Washington Township on the bench at Municipal Court. These endorsements recognize the superior job Judge Goulding has done in working to Keep Our City Safer.
Judge Goulding enjoys outstanding support from members of the Toledo Bar Association, as demonstrated in a recent poll: over 91% of respondents consider Judge Goulding either "Highly Recommended" or "Recommended." His opposition? "Not Recommended" by nearly 3 out of every 5 respondents. Those who know out court best - lawyers and law enforcement - support Judge Goulding. Both the TPPA and Command Officers have endorsed Judge Goulding. Fire Fighters Local 92, the OCSEA, and the IUEC have also endorsed Judge Goulding.
Judge Goulding is running November 6 for a full term.
The information on the poll from the Bar Association is especially telling as to how those who come into contact with the legal system on a regular basis feel.

I find it interesting that the Unions have chosen to support Judge Goulding over John Irish's boy, Democrat Jim Bishop.....
Anyone in the know around the Toledo political scene knows that Jim Bishop carries around some significant baggage with him. However, I didn't know it was that significant that the Union of which he is a member would consider it so severe that they wouldn't even atleast co-endorse him.
That being said, the UAW must have seen something in Judge Goulding as well. A 91% approval by the Bar is hard to come by in Toledo. Congrats to him.
