I am always impressed with a fluent speaker. Perlean presented her information in a logical flow. It would be interesting to hear what Bob Reinholt or the supervisor for the woman whose case she investigaged has to say. I don't know if Toledo is ready for a government where the mayor treats city employees with respect. We had such a mayor in Jack Ford. Unfortunately, many citizens of Toledo found him "boring". Well, Carty certainly isn't "boring".

I'm listening right now. What a well spoken lady. Who is this Troy Neff anyway? This is the third interview I've heard and he's quite good. Respectful and well informed.

He says he's a long term resident of Toledo - I'm not so he may be quite well known - I just don't know him.

I have met Perlean Griffin several times and she is a real lady. She is extremely engaging and knows what she is talking about. I was shocked to hear about the rift between her and Carty because she used to be a big supporter of him... I don't know what to think about all this. On one hand, I can't believe the racism stuff about Finkbeiner and, on the other, I don't believe she is making it up. I don't know what to think.

:-) Disregard question.
