When I took jounalism in college, they referred to papers like TFP as a tabloid because of the way it's folded.
Has anyone taken the time to read in full The Blade article which later refers to the TFP as a weekly newspaper?
take the time. But, I didn't want to focus on their inconsistency....just there low ball labeling of a competing newspaper.
Possibly, but that isn't why the rag is calling them a tabloid. It's to identify them with the ones you see in the checkout lane at the supermarkets.
