TOLEDO -- Time may be running out for the Toledo Federation of Teachers (TFT) union proposed GEM Academy. But the union is moving forward anyway.
News 11's Tanieya Lewis has the latest in this assignment education report.
The union says the Toledo Board of Education has until the end of the month to vote on the new school or the plan may be put on hold. The board says it is not something that is being discussed, although that could change.
"But the union is moving forward anyway"
How in the hell can the union move forward on a decision that their BOSSES have yet to approve? Oh! *gently slaps palm on forehead* That's right! This is Fran Lawrence; she can do whatever the hell she wants to do...I keep forgetting....
Until the lion writes his own story, the tale of the hunt will always glorify the hunter (African proverb)
So long as the people of Toledo keep worshipping at that good ol Union alter, it will stay that way too.
Is it funny how TPS art totally against non-TPS schools but their teacher's union is fighting to open one that will have no administation!!! I am so tired of TPS using our children as their ginnea pigs.
