The 1st Ohio wants jobs, high-technology, and bio-technology.

The 2nd Ohio wants a social Middle Ages to return.

Doubtless, those two Ohios collide and abrade.

If I were running a bio-tech company, I wouldn't wait for a state to demonstrate ire against one of my chemicals, source tissues, or research goals. I'd just go where the 21st Century was acknowledged, and where social restrictions remained where they belonged: in each person's home, and out of the public and businesses.
