Matt Sapara and Rob Robinson of the LCIC will appear with a radio host to be named later, Wednesday on the Morning News on 1370 WSPD at 7:30a. They will respond to charges and innuendo brought by commissioner Ben Konop at Tuesday's meeting. Expect questions that are direct and to the point. If you have any of your own feel free to call the show or e-mail the host at fred@wspd.com (shameless and embarrassing plug)

Mr. Fred LeSabre,
I understand that spelling ability isn't a pre-requisite for radio talk show hosts, but if you must insist on posting on S.B., please take the time to consult a dictionary and know that the word is spelled "innuendo." TPS students might be visiting here, see your incorrect spelling and fail the English OGT as a result.
Don, thanks for the spelling correction. Didn't use spell check it's good people like you keeping a close eye on this stuff that makes us all better at what we do. I took a close look at the post and realize it is spelled correctly, however prerequisite isn't.
Firefox automatically spell-checks stuff you type in. I'm a fairly good speller, but with Firefox I can get 99.99% instead of 97%. And you know what? Even a person who starts out at much lower percentages can get the same 99.99%.
Microsoft Internet Explorer sucks anyway. No one should use it for any reason whatsoever ... except for the first time you use it on a new computer, to browse to the Firefox site to download it. After that, you can just ignore IE.
..for posting here. Spelling and grammer mistakes happen here all the time, if that sort of things irritates you donwert, you're on the wrong message board.
the old Tiger third-sacker (i.e. Don Wert) would let slide spelling errors from any ol' Joe Blow who posts on here but when it comes to one of the preeminent
names in Toledo-area radio, representing one of the most respected, balanced and thought-provoking radio stations in Northwest Ohio, if not the country and perhaps even North America and the rest of the free world....well, then, the bar has to be set just a tad higher.
Great point McC, I guess I chose to limbo under the bar instead of leap over it this time.
you sound more like a politician every day......
"Great question" , "Great point", etc.
You might as well run for mayor in 2009.
Excellent point El, thanks for bringing it to my attention. That's something I'll have to work on in the future.
Has anyone else noticed a change in Fred's attitude? I think it's for the better. Well done Fred. You're doin' a heck of a job!
a little condescending and only purpose is to serve as a troll on Swampbubbles. Maybe he hopes that all his critics here will get so pissed off at his patronising that we may say something to be sent to the "time-out" corner .
But that 's JMO.
Condescending for me to be here, or for me to thank people for pointing out mistakes? I've known Chris for a number of years and he's been a guest on the show so my interest in this site is nothing new. There are a number I read on a regular basis and when time allows comment on. I haven't noticed "all his critics" on here so I don't know where that's coming from but it's possible if you are a regular you see it more than I have, or maybe you are one of them. Unless you are a listener to the show what you say on here doesn't weigh on my decisions very much but I appreciate the input Krazy. Hope that didn't sound condescending to you.
I tuned in this morning to hear Matt and I did not hear him. What happened? I do not mind if you guys are going to advertise who is coming on your shows, in fact I like it. I was just dissapointed he was not on.
I heard Rob Robinson on. I did not hear Mr. Sapara either?
I was disappointed also but as Rob explained Matt got a call and was asked to meet with a potential client. That ranks above visiting with me on the radio anyday.
Mr. LeSabre,
"Any day" is always two words, in any usage. But I stand corrected on using a hyphen with prerequisite. I apologize for my error and thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Good eye Don. Reminds me of an old English teacher I had in grade school. Thankfully you're not here to rap my knuckles with a ruler. Any day you see another mistake let me know.
