I don't know why Mike Huckabee wants you to vote no (other than the obvious), but he just called me and told me so. It is nice that someone from Hope, Arkansas cares so much about what is happening in Ohio. I guess he may be up to another round of presidential politics :)

Obama to speak at SeaGate Convention Centre

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will hold a campaign rally at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the downtown SeaGate Convention Centre.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and for security reasons no one is allowed to bring bags into the rally. It is suggested that personal items be limited. No signs or banners are permitted.

WASHINGTON - With the economy on the brink and elections looming, Congress approved an unprecedented $700 billion government bailout of the battered financial industry on Friday and sent it to President Bush who quickly signed it.

Wednesday evening at 6:30 Point Place will be holding it's annual Support the Troops Rally in Friendship Park. The park is located on 131st just East of Summit. Parking for the event will begin at 5:45 and the ceremony includes NO POLITICIANS. It is a tribute to the men and women who honor this country with thier service. WSPD will be broadcasting live from 6-7.

More Property Taxes ! ?? Come on. A Levy was just passes in Oregon, Toledo and many other areas. Now the same areas want more. We were told that the problem was down in Columbus. And they would fix it. Did this happen? NO!

Now they want just more Taxes. NO!

We need a NO Means NO Law. That once a levy is turned down it cannot be on to vote for 2 years.

Columbia Gas on Thursday said customers will pay $1.09 per 100 cubic feet for natural gas in September. That’s down from $1.35 in August and from an unprecedented $1.43 in July, but up 11 cents from September 2007.

The average customer’s bill next month will cost $28.02, up from $26.16 a year ago, although average consumption rates at both prices are the same.

Today while driving in my neighborhood, I saw a "No Loitering" sign posted on a telephone pole. Is this enforceable and if so how?
