3 men can be found guilty of thinking planning and training to do harm. No where close do actually to acting on their desires. And now face years in jail. Then we have a celebrity in the news today. Acquitted. That was not him or her on the video tape. 22 people including the girl in questions own family testified that it was. What am i missing ?

Today in the Toledo Blade's page of opinion there's a piece entitled "Museum ship belongs in historic port. In the article Dick Slawinski remembers how the ships use to come in and of the harbor. He concludes that "Toledo should get behind the effort, physically and financially, so we can uphold a tradition of a fine seaport and show off our museum ship." With the tight budget that Toledo has for police and recent legal actions against the mayor, should Toledo take on this extra expense?
