Some very well meaning union supporters issued death threats against Republican members of the Wisconsin Senate and their families.

In a short manifesto published by WTMJ 620 AM in MIlwaukee, Republican State Senators were threatened with a bullet in the head and or death by bombing. The letter may be found in it's printed form at the above link.

No word yet if the daily local will pick up and print this story in tomorrow's edition.

Here is something you won't hear on any TV, Radio or in any newspaper. The Lucas County Republican Party is holding a secret meeting this Weds. the 22nd of December at 7 PM. The secret location is at the Omni on 2567 W. Bancroft Street in Toledo. Agenda will be to vote on some secret stuff that the Chairman wants the rank file to rubber stamp and some worthless awards to be given out to the brain trust who didn't work for the candidates, but did all the Stain's bovine skedattle.

DETROIT—Senior officials at the U.S. Department of Transportation have at least temporarily blocked the release of findings by auto-safety regulators that could favor Toyota Motor Corp. in some crashes related to unintended acceleration, according to a recently retired agency official.

George Person, who retired July 3 after 27 years at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, said in an interview that the decision to not go public with the data for now was made over the objections of some officials at NHTSA.

COLUMBUS — Ohio taxpayers are right in the middle of the civil rights lawsuit that Samuel Joseph — “Joe the Plumber” — Wurzelbacher has filed against three former state employees, charging that they illegally accessed his confidential information through state databases.

Thank Goodness that we do not have to tell Chris Myers AGAIN that his services and insight are not wanted on Toledo School Board.

Ohio man arrested for mowing grass in park

SANDUSKY, Ohio (AP) -- An Ohio man arrested for mowing unkempt grass at a public park says he just wanted to make his city look nice.

John Hamilton said he took control of the situation because the grass in Sandusky's Central Park was about a foot high.
