"Tax Ignoramuses. House Republicans Exploit Americans’ Misunderstanding of Marginal Tax Rates To Sow Fear About Obama’s Proposed Tax Hikes," By Matthew Yglesias | Posted Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 3:15 PM ET
"What’s striking about this whole debate is how the very business owners and politicians who seem certain that tax shifts will radically harm the economy are bizarrely uninformed about how the tax code actually works. In particular, they don’t appear to understand what marginal tax rates and tax brackets actually are.

What about Don? Well Mr Zeller here's the facts!
The "right" have been going wild over a cherry-picked line from a speech Obama gave in Roanoke recently. You've probably heard part of it: the part where he is supposedly saying that business owners didn't create their own businesses, that the government did it for them.

Apparently, Republicans in the United States Senate do not think that women are worth as much as men.

There are $7.40 in duties/tariffs/taxes placed on the product BEFORE it even comes to a U.S. shelf~
Have you heard of Stikii shoes? If you haven’t you are missing out. Stikii is a new kids’ shoes company located in Toledo, Ohio! When I say new, I mean new! Stikii was just launched on December 1st, 2011!
Curious about how Stikii shoes work? I sure was. I was first introduced to the company at The Toledo Baby Child & Family Expo last weekend. They looked like such a fun company. I wanted to be a part of it too! They even rolled a car up in the Expo building!

Sometimes, I need help to understand why some things are as they are…like this: why do some white people think it’s racist to acknowledge that racism exists and to talk about it?
I have been chewing on that ever since I had an online chat with a white friend who was furious with me for saying that, at the beginning of the GOP race for the presidential nomination, Newt Gingrich was “playing to his base.”
