What Kind of Republican Are You?

Obama's Folly

Remember how Obama couldn't stop singing the praises of the Chevy Volt? Obama made the BIG announcement that every person who purchased a Volt would receive a $7,500 rebate--at taxpayers' expense. So guess how many Volts were sold in 2011. No, go ahead--take a guess. 30,000? Not even close. 20,000? Come on--stop fooling around. The car that Obama believes will change the future of the automotive business sold a grand total of 7,671 in 2011! The Mackinac Center for Public Policy has calculated that the total subsidies for the Volt could add up to $3 billion.

Where could you see Ron Paul in a GOP Cabinet?

Ode to the Welfare State

About five months ago I posted a video, produced by the College Democrats of America, that featured a bunch of college-aged individuals explaining why they were Democrats. To say the least it was both hilarious and depressing.

If You Haven't Had A Good Laugh Today

So what got me thinking about that video again? During my regular reading of various blog and news sites this past week, I came across what quite possibly could be the original script for said video. In addition, as the author of the post noted, it also could be used to very accruately describe the mentality of the "occupiers".

Ode to OWS

I'll just leave this here...

What a hoax, and just imagine the millions that actually believe what he is saying. Did you see his intensity when he said it? What a joke, pass are bill or rapes and murder will increase. FBI statistics show a drop in crime, They used the right word when they said they wanted to be more transparent... They are very transparent to me..

Leaders in Politics

On a recent Saturday afternoon while performing my husband duties of mowing the lawn I found myself contemplating the responsibilities of being a leader in the world today. Weather it be on the world or national stage or even the local stage and even on the most basic level of leading our own families. I was going to post all the various aspects of my thoughts right here for all to see, when low and behold, my old buddy Glenn Beck had what seemed to be my thoughts channeled on his Monday radio broadcast.

Obama on vacation. "Dow has its best gain in 2 weeks"

No surprise here. Odumbo the Socialist Empty Suit Golfer In Chief goes on vacation and the Stock Market gains ground. PROOF that the quickest way to end this recession is to impeach the commie for Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. The Socialist promised to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Stocks jump; Dow has its best gain in 2 weeks
AP Business Writer

"The Dow Jones industrial average jumped 322 points, its best day since Aug. 11, when it gained 423."

S&P downgrades AAA rating. Stock market in turmoil. But they upped the Debt Ceiling?

"Told you so" just doesn't seem enough. Like I said before, S&P said not one damn thing about the Debt Ceiling.

And from the Associated Press on Friday evening:

S&P downgrades US credit rating from AAA

AP Economics Writer

As the Dow Jones drops and Standard & Poors drops our credit rating....

Just in case some Democrat tries to blame the Dow Jones drop and the Standard & Poors credit rating reduction on Republicans, let's get this out in the open right now.

The statement that Standard & Poor's made last week SAID NOTHING about a drop in Americas credit rating due to no Debt Ceiling "deal".

What Standard & Poor's said was they would drop the credit rating fi there were no "credible solution to the rising U.S. government debt burden"

As usual, under Democrat rule the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, AGAIN.

How's that hopey changey thing working out for all of you bleeding-hearts? Apparently not so good.
According to the front page of todays Toledo Blade, with Democraps in charge, THE RICH ARE GETTING RICHER AND THE POOR ARE GETTING POORER again.

Wealth gaps by race widen
WASHINGTON -- The wealth gaps between whites and minorities have grown to their widest levels in a quarter-century.

An interview with Ron Paul

My favorite radio host(sorry Fred) Mike Church interviewing Rep. Ron Paul this past weekend. This is one of the only people you will ever see give congressman Paul a fair interview instead of treating him like some old nutjob. Very insightful Q&A.

$4/gal gasoline. Obama's payoff for his Big Oil Buddies and Big Oil Doners

As Democrats in Congress pretend to be concerned with "average Americans", the truth is that $4/gal gasoline is Barry Obama's gift to his Big Oil Doners.

Everyone who reads anything knows that BP is one of the Socialist In Chief's biggest owners, I mean doners.
Obama biggest recipient of BP cash
Obama still gets oil money
"He took in $46,000 in donations from executives and workers last month. In a TV ad, he said he took no cash from companies.

Americans dying in Afganistan, Japan in flames, Libya being bombed by US, unemployment high etc. etc.

While American troops die in Afganistan, while American pilots bomb Lybia under United Nations orders, with unemployment hovering around 10%, while Japan burns and those people suffer, while the price of gas approaches $4/gal, while people loose their unemployment after 99 weeks run out ....

The empty suit bastard child-in-charge plays soccer in Rio.
