So the NY Times has finally "decided to be more direct in calling things out when a candidate actually lies…The birther issue represents, well, outright lying. And he lied over a long period. It is a real word and we will use it when warranted.”
Sitting back and watching the posters on here has brought hours of entertainment in the last several months.
I haven't even had to make a post. Just come in and read and it's been hilarious. So many have become almost completely unhinged and just keep writing and writing much to my enjoyment.
Thanks for the laughs.
I am happy to pass that Fred Lefebvre has confirmed that Monday morning at 7:20 am. he will be speaking with Eric Trump.
Well, done Fred!!!! Thank you for bringing us the opportunity to hear what he has to say.
You can find Fred on 1370 WSPD at iheartmedia, inc.......check him out.
If you haven’t heard about Attorney General Loretta Lynch meeting with Bill Clinton in a private plane in Arizona—this post is probably not for you. That’s because it assumes that you are at least somewhat aware of this occurrence and have an idea as to why it’s a hot topic.
But if you’re like me, for situations like these I long for a timeline of information. I can’t stand listening to the agenda-driven television “news” commentators drone on about what they suppose—who cares?
I finally heard an interview with the Arizona television station reporter, Christopher Sign, who was tipped-off as to the fact that Clinton was waiting on his private plane for the arrival of Lynch’s private plane. The reporter travelled to the airport and here’s what he witnessed:
Why should we be surprised at yet another flawed man who is up front
And center ? He surprises us with open gaffes , baseless accusations . He is a product in part because 16 other candidates chose to lift themselves up, rather than coalesce around one of them to take on the Trump . He picked them off one by one . They were divided against each other . Yet his boldness , spontanaety , unorthodoxy apeals to us .
Let's remember flawed men of the past , Kennedy , MLK, Bill .
Each had more hidden flaws, yet each had seasons of greatness . Today we laud them .
A lot of people are speculating on the presidential primaries and the eventual nominees from the Republican and Democratic Parties. But what if a third person entered the race in Presidential General Election? Remember Ross Perot?
The United States presidential election of 1992 was the 52nd quadrennial presidential election. It was held on Tuesday, November 3, 1992. There were three major candidates: Incumbent Republican President George H. W. Bush; Democratic Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton, and independent Texas businessman Ross Perot.
I listened to part of his speech. The Donald -- of all people -- decried the deep divisions in our country, after he has spent the entire campaign, since he entered the fray, ripping various ethnic and/or racial groups in our society.
Remember, the President is smarter than the Republicans and everything they do is them playing right into his hands.
Also, by utilizing their Constitutional mandated duties they were accused of treason on this board.
In truth all of that was B.S. being pushed by those who have failed to grasp a basic understanding of how their government works.
Americans might be the most duped people in the world. December 1, 2014, was designated as "World AIDS Day." What a crock! The White House had a gigantic red ribbon (the HIV symbol) hanging outside of it. Malarkey!
World AIDS Day is just another manifestation of the liberal media/entertainers/politicians need to control what Americans should value. It's a disease that predominantly affects two of the groups upon which liberals rely for votes--gays and minorities. That's why AIDS is important--it always boils down to politics.
According to the Center for Disease Control, how many people in the U.S. are living with HIV infection? C'mon take a guess. Yep, 1.2 million. That's not even 1 percent of the U.S. population.
Remember the hope and change that we all were going to realize when we elected a black man to be President? Remember how Joe Biden bragged that Obama was "clean and a nice looking guy"--and he was black? Remember how Obama was going to reverse the negative image the U.S had around the world--while being black?
The thing we will remember about the Obama Presidency is that when you elect someone who has never accomplished anything outside of politics--you end up with someone who can't handle the job.
Most Presidents have something besides their political careers to their credit:
Jimmy Carter was a peanut farmer
George W. Bush was managing partner of a MLB team
George Washington was a land surveyor
Richard Nixon was a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy
Ronald Reagan was an actor
...and Barack Obama was a community organizer (which is code for a person who gets poor people to the polls to vote for Democrats). Oh yes, and he taught part-time at a college. Honestly, if your daughter brought a guy home who had those credentials wouldn't you think "she'll be supporting this guy FOREVER"?
God love Scott Walker! He's been dragged through the mud by the liberals and unions and has come out as a winner several times! The rest of the Republicans should take their cue from him.
Now's the time for Republicans to take the Country in a 180 degree different direction from Obama and his minions. Will they have the guts? Let's hope we don't hear any Republican say the following:
"We must reach across the aisle." (Nope--just use your majority to get things done the way the voters who elected you want them done.)
"We must repeal and replace Obamacare." (Repeal--yes, Replace--no.)
In true "Let them eat cake" royal tradition, Michelle Obama is insisting that public school students eat meager lunches with such kid-friendly items as kale while her daughters are enjoying gourmet-like meals at their exclusive private school.
The Michelle inspired school lunch program has been met with such negative reviews that there's a Twitter hashtag (#ThanksObama) where students post pictures of their pathetic school meals.
However, Malia's and Sasha's lunches at the Sidwell Friends School are enough to fill tummies with mouth-watering delights. According to the school's website (link provided later), October 24's lunch will be:
Buffalo Chicken Salad
Remember how the summer was filled with news about illegal children coming over the Mexican border? And then--in true Obama/Holder fashion--what happened to the minors became a secret. The Associated Press now reports that these children have been dispersed around the Country leaving local schools and U.S. taxpayers responsible for taking care of these "students" who can't speak English and come with physical and emotional issues.
How complacent we have become as a citizenry. We're like beaten dogs--Obama has spat in the face of this Country so frequently that we sit back and take it hoping that it won't get worse--but it does.
The brazen disregard for this Country is evidenced by the fact that the federal government didn't give the school districts advanced notice that these illegals were coming. According to an AP article, Donald Hattier, a school board member for a Delaware district that was dumped with these illegal kids, said advance warning would have helped with planning. The federal government, he said, "just dropped this on us."
UnFair, a documentary that explores the over-reaching power and corruption of the IRS, will be played for one night in theaters in Toledo and Maumee.
According to the film's website:
"It will tell the stories of betrayal, corruption, intimidation and the harsh personal, economic and political realities of forced compliance upon the American way of life, as well present a unique ending featuring a real solution, not just another scary movie."
The movie will be shown nationwide on Tuesday, October 14, at 7 p.m.--including at the Franklin Park 16 and Fallen Timbers Rave Motion Pictures locations.
Here it is, from Forbes no less:
”President Reagan has long been considered the best modern economic President. So we compared his performance dealing with the oil-induced recession of the 1980s with that of President Obama and his performance during this ‘Great Recession.’
“As this unemployment chart shows, President Obama’s job creation kept unemployment from peaking at as high a level as President Reagan, and promoted people into the workforce faster than President Reagan.
"Presidents don't get vacations — they just get a change of scenery. The job goes with you." -- NANCY REAGAN
Next right-winger here who makes a vacation-related remark is guilty of hypocrisy and making a liar out of The Most Holy Nancy Reagan.
United Kingdom Prime Minister David Cameron cut his summer vacation short to return to his office and discuss strategy related to the beheading of an American journalist by ISIS.
In other news, President Obama returned to his vacation and played golf with former NBA player Alonzo Mourning.
Seriously. You have now lost the ability to say that Dems are making it all up.
Iowa GOP Rep. Steve King reignited the debate Sunday about the Republican-led House considering impeachment proceedings for President Obama, just days after party leaders furiously tried to extinguish such talk.
King suggested on “Fox News Sunday” that the impeachment issue could be reconsidered if Obama again uses his executive powers to delay or defer deportation for illegal immigrants beyond those brought illegally to the United States in past years by their parents.
“I think then we have to start, sit down and take a look at that,” King said.
