News From Fulton County: Charles Saunders failed to file an Ohio Supreme court merit brief on time

Saunders denied Supreme Court platform
Missed filing deadline
September 14th, 2015

Quote from article:
"The attorney, who represents himself and Fulton County residents RJ Lumbrezer and Roy Norman as complainants to the county’s charter petition, faults himself for the failure. “As a lawyer, I should have known ahead of time that this was coming down, that I should have had my merit brief in by a certain time,” he said.

Flag City Water experience

There are times when you have problems and the test of a company is how they respond to the problems. I had such a situation with Flag City Water where their water softener was a little underpowered for our house. After discussing the situation with them and letting them know how disappointed I was with their product, they went out of their way to fix it. Justin worked hard to upgrade our water softner for a nominal fee and went the extra step with some ohter items we wanted. So a bad situation turned better by great customer service and I came away happy with how things turned out.

Texas Nexus Pipeline Surveyors invade Fulton County Ohio.

Yes we are being invaded by out-of-state workers. So goes the claim of local jobs! Fulton County residents are fearful of these new invaders with Texas license plates.

A big Texas Nexus welcome! Is this how they really feel about us Yankees?

A Useful Aplication For A Water PIk

For years I have been complaining about the high cost of razors, so, a few years ago I started using my Water-Pik to power wash the disposable razors after each use. Today, I use this technique every time I finish shaving. My disposable razors last about twice as long because of the pressure washing. That's a 50% savings. Good luck. I hope others get the same benefit.

Data: Oil Trains Spill More Often, But Pipelines Spill Bigger

Data: Oil Trains Spill More Often, But Pipelines Spill Bigger
"A lot of people have used this data to argue that transporting oil via pipelines is safer than rail. And that’s true, if your idea of safety is defined by the frequency of accidents, regardless of how large the accidents are. If, however, you think massive releases of oil into the environment pose a greater risk to human health, than pipelines are the greater evil."
