Another View To Consider On Tax Day Redux

Bored of the Board of Elections

We have here locally, the Lucas County Board of Elections they want us to have!

The keepers at the daily local have things so wrapped around their finger, they should just be called media pimps for how they control the agenda and the parties involved. They do all this then send out their underpaid cub reporters and report back with righteous indignation "look at what we found!"

How many times do we have to hear stories of party bosses or candidates traveling to Pittsburgh to kiss the ring?

Chicken Sh*t Fred!

Good Night and...Don't Come Back!

Many of the details are still unknown, but what is known is that Keith Olbermann will no longer be employed at MSNBC. His show was described as one of MSNBC's highest rated, but in all honesty, that's like being the skinniest kid at fat camp. In many cases, the late night replays of the primetime Fox News shows outdrew the 8p showing of Countdown.

So in honor of his last show, it would only be fitting to dub Keith Olbermann as the "Worst Person in the World". Thanks for the memories Keith. You won't be missed.

In 2010, wolfman posted 161 blog entries. What % were related to race or racism?

Daily local lies like excrement!

In a yet again unnamed editorial, the daily local admits they lied about Brian Wilson's statement of last Friday. This is huge!

But they lied only a little bit so that is OK! They meant well. Hate justifies the action.

Sorry daily local and it's apologists! Half the truth is 100% of a lie. Swinging wild punches like in a playground fight you failed to connect. Why should any of the people you quoted in last Friday's article ever want to talk to you again!

Free Press Retracts - Corrects Story, Wilson to stay on the air

Brian Wilson is still on the air waves! Rumors of his demise are premature.

If a tree falls in the woods, will it be turned into a Toledo Blade that people will read?

The Daily local in it's race to the bottom takes a comment out of comment and turns it into a politically incorrect statement. I am not sorry in saying that half the truth is 100% of a lie!

Wilson doesn't need my help defending himself. I am sure he will read the article, laugh and then go for an enjoyable walk with his dog. Can't beat the evening before where LSU danced on Texas A&M.

Is it almost 2011 or 1984???

For those unfamiliar with George Orwell's novel 1984, a fictional language called Newspeak is introduced by the totalitarian regime in an attempt to make any alternative thinking, referred to as "thoughtcrime" or "crimethink", impossible by removing words or constructs that describe the ideas of freedom, rebellion, etc. In it's more generic use, Newspeak has been used to describe any attempt to restrict disapproved language by a government or other powerful entity.

Enter the Society of Professional Journalists and their Diversity Committee's campaign to get reporters to drop the term "illegal immigrant" from their coverage as it is "offensive" to Latinos.

Sounds like it's time to educate some leftist lame-streamers...

FCC Commissioner Wants to Test the 'Public Value' of Every Broadcast Station
Friday, December 03, 2010
By Susan Jones

( - American journalism is in "grave peril," FCC Commissioner Michael Copps says, and to bolster "traditional media," he said the Federal Communications Commission should conduct a "public value test" of every commercial broadcast station at relicensing time.

In a speech at the Columbia University School of Journalism in New York on Thursday, Copps also said station relicensing should happen every four years instead of the current eight.

Mr. Wilson assaulted???

I heard from a friend of mind who is an avid WSPD listener and frustrated that he had called Brian's show on Monday and was hung up on while he was still talking to the host. He said that he heard BW was allegedly assaulted. Is this true?

Issa: Thank You George Soros

Representative Issa may have just became one of my favorite congressmen.

(H/T: Big Journalism)

WASHINGTON D.C. – Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), the Ranking Member on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, released the following statement today thanking George Soros for his generous $1.8 million endowment to National Public Radio (NPR) and demonstrating why NPR no longer needs to receive or be eligible to apply for taxpayer dollars:

Anyone Going To The Kaptur Fundraiser Wednesday?

You all going to the Kaptur fundraiser on Wednesday? It's a little out of my budget constraints as you can see here I find it interesting that the Silverberg Associates throwing the party is run by Carl Silverberg a former investment banker. Correct me if I'm wrong, wouldn't that make him Wall Street instead of Main Street?

Don't Stand Next To Paul-Head Explosion Alert-Warning! Warning!

According to this article from Associated Press Government Motors currently owned by the Obama administration may soon become part Chinese. What will Paul Wohlfarth think of this revoltin' development? Who cares? Investment bankers handling the upcoming General Motors Co. stock sale are expected to court foreign investors as well as those in North America, according to a U.S. Treasury Department statement.

Demagoging Left Wing Liberal Environmentalist Democrat Wacko Threatens Hostages

A Democrat Left Wing LIberal Wacko Environmentalist took hostages today at the Discovery Channel building in Silver Springs, Md. It's obvious that Al Gore and the television news channels MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, and CBS with their support of the Global Warming movement have ginned up this man's anger. What role do those stations and the liberal talk radio crowd have in this incident? Who's responsible for this man's behavior, what caused him to snap? Was it perhaps this from Chris Mathews suggesing that BP execs get the same treatment as Chinese polluters?

I'll See If I Can Sneak This One Past You

Tuesday morning at 7a Rebecca Heimlich from Americans for Prosperity will be on and the Spending Revolt bus will be at the WSPD parking lot from 7-8a. Stop by and sign the pledge to cut government spending. If we return to federal spending of jut 20% of the GDP we can get the fiscal house in order.
