For me immigration came a close number 2 to the Supreme Court pick. The President will win the immigration war if he sticks to his principles and ignores the national media.

Help enlighten the Honorable Judge M. Scott Ramey about Baumhower's antisocial behavior before he is sentenced for domestic violence on October 21, 2016. The petition will close on Wednesday, October 12 to give His Honor enough time to read through the comments.

Last night I watched the murder of Jordan Davis Documentary. I was pleased with the jurys guilty verdict of Mr. Dunn, but I was amazed that the first trial ended in a mistrial. JORDAN Davis was shot and killed by Mr. Dunn for playing loud music and using profanity at a gas station. I quess you don't have to be eatiing Skittles and drinking a soft drink to murdered in Florida. It appears Mr. Dunn's action of entitlement got him life in prison plus 90 years.
Now that gays can get married, they will be experiencing all of the excitement that comes with marriage. Things like:
*The government now controls your relationship.
*If you're a lesbian and not married by 30, you're a spinster lesbian.
Think the growing number of post-trial Zimmerman incidents might cause his defenders to reconsider the frame of mind he was in the night he shot a teenager to death? Nah. To them he will always be a fine, upstanding man. Give that boy a gun and put him on the Ferguson police force!
"A Travis County grand jury Friday indicted Gov. Rick Perry on two charges related to his effort last year to force District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg to resign after her drunken driving arrest.
Grand jurors charged Perry, 64, with abuse of official capacity, a first-degree felony, and coercion of a public servant, a third-degree felony. The first charge carries a punishment of 5-99 years and a fine of up to $10,000. The second charge is punishable by 2-10 years and a fine of up to $10,000.
The indictment stems from Perry’s threat last summer to withhold $7.5 million in state money from Lehmberg’s office unless she step down – a threat he later carried out by vetoing an appropriation in the state budget."
Seriously. You have now lost the ability to say that Dems are making it all up.
Defend this, conservatives!
On Friday afternoon Kasich released a statement saying he was going to appoint Rick Hodges as Director of the Ohio Department of Health. Hodges, a former lawmaker, currently leads the Ohio Turnpike Commission. Hodges will be replacing Dr. Ted Wymyslo… and that “Dr.” part is kind of important.
According to Ohio Revised Code 121.10:
The director of health shall be either:
(A) A physician holding the degree of doctor of medicine from a medical college approved by the state medical board who, before assuming his duties, has been licensed to practice medicine in the state and who has had experience in pursuing some phase of medical practice;
(B) An individual who has had significant experience in the public health profession.
I'll take a "stab in the dark" and guess that maybe only one other poster at this site even knows about this international case:
I've been reading about this "darkness" on and off, on the internet, for several years. Figuring it would never see the light of day in this country. We have a very tightly controlled mainstream media. But over in Europe, a court system has finally taken this evil head-on.
Well now, here we are, Bush paid CASH MONEY for hostages to a State Department Officially Listed Terrorist Organization!
PJ Media being one of the big right-wing Teabagging outlets, lest we all forget.
Whoopsie! Guess all our Swamp Bubbles Tea-Tards were for it before they were against it, eh?
The nation’s staunchest defender of the Second Amendment has told gun activists in Texas who insist on carrying assault-style rifles in public places to knock it off.
In a statement issued late last week, the National Rifle Association (NRA) called out so-called “open carry” groups in Texas that have been frightening restaurant customers and motorists by approaching them while carrying AK-47s and AR-15s.
The NRA applauded Texas for a “robust gun culture,” but noted that a number of activists had “crossed the line from enthusiasm to downright foolishness.”
I would actually have put it stronger than Jay Sekulow (ACLJ) does in this article, but he's an attorney, I'm not:
I had not been researching the Hobby Lobby case recently, and was completely surprised at how both search engines, google & bing - but especially google are pretty much "front-loaded" with liberal articles. So, I finally typed in "Jay Sekulow Hobby Lobby".
"Custom and usage since time immemorial" is generally what is behind the definition of common law. There is no singular source of the common law as one would expect with statutes made by a legislature. Common law is administered through courts of record. Courts not of record are called Nisi Prius courts.
There is a nationwide campaign underway to constitute in each county a common law grand jury by the people for the people. There are presently five states that are completely constituted which are New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Florida, and Connecticut. There are many counties in which participation in this campaign has yet to be determined. If you would like to know how you may get involved please go to ...nationallibertyalliance.org
What's the definition of insanity again?
Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
Dear "Fiscally Conservative" "Republicans" on SB: Please tell me how the taxpayer dollars spent by the House GOP in pursuit of their futile goal have NOT been wasted and are in fact completely justified.
The Rev. Fred Phelps Sr., founder of Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, KS, has died at age 84.
The Westboro Baptist Church is known for protesting military funerals and other sensitive situations while holding signs with anti-gay sentiments, such as "God Hate Fags" and "Thank God for 9/11."
According to the church's website, godhatesfags.com, Phelps and his followers mission is to show Americans their transgressions and abominations.
This article speaks for itself. It could be summed up as, 'Yes we are living in a police state'... but at least we have a few decent judges left. I could be hoping against hope here, but do not expect to seek this kind of insanity under the current Mayor.
After scanning dozens of article that discuss the SCOTUS case regarding forced abortion drug coverage by private companies - found one that actually includes facts over emotion.
The screaming liberal mainstream media coverage of this has already reached the -- "We are going to lie our brains out about this" -- level.
It looks like Mr. Coon has been a frequent visitor of the court system, sort of like Jon Stainbrook, but unlike Jon, most of these he is a defendant.
