COLUMBUS — Ohio taxpayers are right in the middle of the civil rights lawsuit that Samuel Joseph — “Joe the Plumber” — Wurzelbacher has filed against three former state employees, charging that they illegally accessed his confidential information through state databases.
The Person who used a Government Computer to look up info on Joe The Plumber, Charged with a Crime. Will Oregon Police Officer Jeff Brown be charged also. Or will the Lucas County Prosecutor and or the State just let this go?
That would be wrong. A Crime is a Crime. Is it not?
The person that looked up info on Joe The Plumber did it one time. And now this person is being charged with a crime.
Officer Jeff Brown of the Oregon, Ohio Police Dept. used the system to look up info on a girl friend 11 times or more. And are not Police Officers to be held to a higher standard?
Marcy has attended at least two movie premieres, but there has been zero town hall meetings with constituents. Well, there was one phone conference where she gave the selected people who she decided to call a few minutes to decide if they want to participate. Nevermind.
Anyways, she was in the Big Apple and the Motor City on the red carpet. She is almost as famous as Joe the Plumber now.

The Plumbers Union is steaming over the news that Joe the Plumber has been enlisted by groups opposed to the Employee Free Choice Act to campaign at a number of Pennsylvania rallies against the measure.

In what is almost unbelievable, there were now two suspicious inquiries locally about accessing Joe the Plumber information, yet it seems like just crickets chirping with local media. It would be really interesting to request a public records request to check all suspicious background checks from Toledo Police and NW Ohio BMV bureaus and see what shows up. The Columbus Dispatch took the lead on this and has really set things in motion.
