Sarah Palin

Vice President Hopeful and Tea Party Favorite Sarah Palin shows the world who she really is

The war mongering former presidential hopeful John McCain knows how to pick em. His former running mate Sarah Palin recently partaked in what appears to be a drunken brawl in Alaska. The once part time Alaskan Governor in the midst of the altercation screamed out, “Don’t you know who I am!” then came the reply from the crowd of onlookers, “This isn’t some damned Hillbilly reality show!”

And this!

Sarah Palin the Republican?

Well the real Sarah Palin has surfaced with her tax the rich schemes. Seems she favor collectivism in Alaska's energy reserves. Her fellow Alaskans collected annual payments of some $1,200 a resident. Now the energy companies want it back! Sound familiar?

Suave: Then, yesterday Sarah Palin (R-AK) stunned her followers by announcing that she would not run for PCW CEO…

Suave: “Yes…thank you Bob and Tom. So, with Christie and Palin out, where would the press go next?”

Tea Party Leader Says Palin Will Make 'Major Announcement' Sept 3rd

Sarah Palin is either laying the groundwork for an imminent entry into the presidential race or having a whole lot of fun toying with political analysts.

Though the buzz surrounding a possible "mama grizzly" bid was until recently fading, the former Alaska governor kicked it back up with her "One Nation" bus tour through Iowa earlier this month. It just happened to coincide with the Ames Straw Poll and politics-rich Iowa State Fair.

Sarah Palin Wants $1 Million Per Episode for Reality Show

http://www.twirlit.com/2010/03/23/sarah-palin-wants-1-million-per-episod...
Once governor of Alaska and a vice presidential candidate, Sarah Palin is now setting her sights on reality TV. Talk about a downward career trajectory. But don’t tell her, she seems to think she’s worth at least $1 million per episode of the tentatively-titled, “Sarah Palin’s America.” Palin has really grabbed her reputation as the “Laughingstock Of The Nation” by the horns here and is riding it into the ground, much to the public’s amusement.

Say it aint so.....

Is it true? Was it clever editing? Did she really have her thoughts on her hand?

Understanding Health Care in Other Countries

Interesting article about health care in other countries, looking to dispel (or reinforce) beliefs Americans have about them. I really like the part about the American system being a horrible hybrid of medical coverage, and our high administrative costs. We are private, quasi-socialized, and exclusionary all in the same system. And in amusing deference to Sarah Palin, we already have death panels in place in our system, whose jobs exist to deny health care to people in order to keep their jobs and make their boards money.

Ann Coulter awards Palin Human Events' Conservative of the Year

I love the latest piece by Ann Coulter in Human Events. Some highlights:

Sarah Palin wins HUMAN EVENTS’ prestigious “Conservative of the Year” Award for 2008 for her genius at annoying all the right people. The last woman to get liberals this hot under the collar would have been … let's see now … oh, yeah: Me!

Is Sarah Palin qualified to be President? Of course

The poll in NY Times is saying Sarah Palin is pulling down McCain and that many people feel she is not qualified to be president.

Palin spends $51,000 in taxpayer money for remodeling - media bias

Here is a great example of media bias because we do not know the history of other governors to give it perspective. Great article Pink Slip to prove this point. -chrismyers

Sarah Palin's message on my answering machine

Here is the message that Sarah Palin left on my answering machine. Of course I want to believe she called me personally, but I know better. You can tell it is crunch time and that Ohio is in play. I do like how Sarah's message does not sound like she is reading it, but that she is personally making the calls.

Sarah's lookin' good!

Yep, Sarah Palin's quite the looker and knows how to dress and the RNC knows how to keep her dressed:

Alaska Gov. Palin is chargin' the state for takin' her kids all over the country, you betcha. "Gov. Sarah Palin charged the state for her children to travel with her, including to events where they were not invited, and later amended expense reports to specify that they were on official business."

Palin abused power

Gov. Sarah Palin abused the powers of her office by pressuring subordinates to try to get her former brother-in-law, a state trooper, fired, an investigation by the Alaska Legislature has concluded. The inquiry found, however, that she was within her right to dismiss her public safety commissioner, Walt Monegan, who was the trooper’s boss.
