TOLEDO FREE PRESS - ENDORSES 2 MAYORAL CANDIDATES?

Early this year, when he was the only declared candidate for mayor of Toledo, I met with Keith Wilkowski for a talk on politics, the economy and Toledo’s future.

Wilkowski is a deliberate thinker, one who seems to process complete thoughts before speaking — “uh” and “um” are not among his linguistic handicaps.

Right Wing Hate Monger Interviews Mayoral Candidate Wednesday On WSPD

Local "harmful right wing propogandist" Fred LeFebvre (hey that's me) will have mayoral candidate Keith Wilkowski on Wednesday at 7:30a. This is part of the continuing series of interviews WSPD will have with all the viable mayoral candidates this summer and fall. Mike Collins will be on with Brian Wednesday afternoon, and I'm sure Mike Bell and Jim Moody will be making return appearances.
Council candidates not afraid of tough questions will also be on with us on a regular basis. Should be fun.

BLATANT MEDIA ALERT! Wilkowski On WSPD Thursday Morning

In another of the series of interviews with mayoral candidates Keith Wilkowski will join me on Thursday morning at 7:30a. Keith by the way signed the recall petition today at Dave's Home Cooked Foods. I'll talk to Keith about the deficit, the latest on the Marina District, and whatever else comes up. Might be time for phone calls so be prepared.
I'll fit him in along with the weather, sports, traffic, my favorite restaurant, rants on the ESM and flowers.........did I cover it all Jeremy?

Moody Comments On Wilkowski Plan

Wilkowski Economic Recovery Plan

Short On Specifics...Short On Solutions

Web of intrigue in the mayor's race

Actually it is interesting this is a story, with everything else going on...but still it is a 21st century issue that elections must deal with. Why Keith would let the domain expire does not make sense. You should plan to keep your domain for at least 4-5 years after you stop using it because people may snap it up. Normally spammers do and sometimes what they will put up is worse than paying to keep it for 4-5 years. Doing something like this prevents any questions and image problems you may face when someone notices the site.

Blatant Media Alert- Wilkowski On With Fred Tuesday On WSPD

Tuesday morning 7:30a Keith Wilkowski joins me again for a chat about his run for mayor. He's named an Economic Development Team, has been talking about "green jobs", and says we need "shovel ready" property to attract development. Hope he brings his bat, 'cause we don't throw softballs at WSPD.

Race for that shower on the 22nd Floor

So Maumee-resident Keith Wilkowski has officially lined up at the starting line for the race to the 22nd floor office in One Government Center.

What do you think?

Who, if anyone, might be interested in running against him for the Democrat Party endorsement? Who could possibly run on the Republican ticket?
