KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Four people have been indicted on charges of voter fraud in Kansas City, officials said Wednesday.
There have been those who have questioned the voter fraud accusations. Users here and event the Secretary of State and the Governor both have said it never happens in defense of not wanting to be helpful in verifying the voters.
