(Columbus, 10/23/08)- The panel of the Ohio Election Commission (“OEC”)
found in favor of the MYOHIONOW/ISSUE 6 complaint of false advertising by the
Vote No On 6 PAC. The OEC panel found probable cause of false statements on
advertisements made on behalf of the Penn National/Argosy Casino funded Vote No

(Columbus, Ohio,/ October 20) MyOhioNow PAC (Yes on Issue 6) will file a
complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission today calling to stop the false
statements in advertising by the No on 6 Committee. The next step will be a
hearing on Thursday before the Ohio Elections Commission to determine if there

Cleveland, Ohio – October 2, 2008. MyOhioNow /Issue 6 announced today that a recent study from Michigan Consultants (a national market analysis firm) found that a proposed Ohio casino would generate approximately $255 million in payments to Ohio counties, and would ultimately be responsible for adding over 8,700 jobs to the state.

CLEVELAND, Sept. 29 -- Issue 6 Ohio's Resort Casino , which was certified by
the Secretary of State by the Secretar. Issue 6 and will be on the ballot on
November 4th for Ohio voters statewide despite a last minute attempt to stop
Issue 6 by Penn National/Argosy Casino to keep Ohioans from voting on the
Issue was rejected by the Secretary of State.
