We now have a name (Julie McConnell), but I don't think we have all of the answers. Why was this particular lady picked? I bet you this lady has done this before. We deserve to know if she has done this before and for who. I don't think she was randomly picked one time to find the information. There has to be more to this story.

Toledo Police Records Clerk, Julie McConnell, has been charged with “Gross Misconduct” for allegedly making an improper inquiry into a state database in search of information pertaining to Samuel Wurzelbacher on October 16, 2008.
