Michigan bond ratings upgraded...

Michigan's bond rating is upgraded from AA- to AA to some that might not mean alot but it will save taxpayers a lot of money.

The ratings upgrade looks to be due to a more competitive automotive industry, business tax cuts, reforms to the public school employee retirement system, austere budgeting practices and the return of a meaningful rainy day savings fund, which is budgeted for $505.1 million this fiscal year.

This is a good start in the right direction,some good news for a struggling state in despair...
