Barack Obama
Does Washington know what is going on in the Country?
The Washington elite don't have an idea what the American people want or need. Obama talks about investing in new technologies, wind mills and light rail. Do we care about these?
Wind Mils have been around for hundreds of years they don't work because they are unreliable and inefficient, Who among us is asking for light rail? Trains have also been around for a long time. The automobile brought along their demise.

Parallels to FDR's treatment of Business in the 30s
Just read an interesting op-ed piece in Bloomberg by Amity Shlaes that draws parallels between what the Federal Govt is doing to business now and what FDR and company did to business in the 1930's. This is worth the read. Here is the link: http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601039&sid=aAdz7MFnI4X4

Obama lie of the day: cuts to Medicare providers won't reduce seniors' benefits.
Budget chief contradicts Obama on Medicare costs
By ERICA WERNER (AP) – 4 hours ago
WASHINGTON — Congress' chief budget officer is contradicting President Barack Obama's oft-stated claim that seniors wouldn't see their Medicare benefits cut under a health care overhaul.
The head of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, Douglas Elmendorf, told senators Tuesday that seniors in Medicare's managed care plans would see reduced benefits under a bill in the Finance Committee.
The bill would cut payments to the Medicare Advantage plans by more than $100 billion over 10 years.

Obama Tracking Lower Than Carter in Latest Poll
By Bryan McAffee (Link:==> http://www.rightpundits.com/?p=4362 )
In the latest Gallup Presidential Tracking poll, the numbers are not encouraging for Obama. Currently Obama comes in at about 55% approval rating after his first 6 months in office, which ranks him about 10th (of 12 Presidents) since Gallup first started tracking these results in the 1940s. At similar points in their presidency, Obama is actually tracking lower than Jimmy the Peanut was at a similar point of his presidency.

Dems In Congress Liken Obama to GW Bush
WASHINGTON — Congressional Democrats warned President Barack Obama on Tuesday that he sounded too much like George W. Bush when he declared this summer that the White House can ignore legislation he thinks oversteps the Constitution.
25 Mistakes of Obama's First 100 Days
From Darrin Moore's Notes on Facebook...
I'd be interested in hearing a liberal's side of the argument why these choices are not mistakes but are actually smart moves on Obama's part. Help me understand.
1. Offended the Queen of England
2. Bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia
3. Praised the Marxist Daniel Ortega
4. Kissed Hugo Chavez on the cheek
5. Endorsed the Socialist Evo Morales of Bolivia
6. Announced we would meet with Iranians with no pre-conditions
7. Gave away billions to AIG, also without pre-conditions
8. Expanded the bailouts

President O'Blame-a
OK. I am trying to keep an open mind about our President, but if he says one more time he "inherited" the problem I am going to puke. I don't care where the problem came from just fix it. This guy spends too much time on PR and not enough time running the country.
And for the record Mr President - what you inheritied was at the very least was liberal economics - but I am willing to meet you half way and say it was both the republicans and the democarts that started this mess.
What you inherited is now your job to fix. Be a leader.

3 Obama affiliated get-out-the vote advocates guilty of fraud
I can't believe they will get off with just a fine.
===
Three staff members for Vote Today Ohio, an independent get-out-the-vote organization supporting Barack Obama, pleaded guilty in Franklin County this afternoon to voter fraud.
The three came to Ohio from states where Obama was likely to win in an effort to swing Ohio's electoral college vote toward their candidate, Judge Charles A. Schneider said. The judge gave all three 60 days in jail but suspended it if they paid a $1,000 fine. He also ordered a year's probation.
