Why should we be surprised at yet another flawed man who is up front
And center ? He surprises us with open gaffes , baseless accusations . He is a product in part because 16 other candidates chose to lift themselves up, rather than coalesce around one of them to take on the Trump . He picked them off one by one . They were divided against each other . Yet his boldness , spontanaety , unorthodoxy apeals to us .
Let's remember flawed men of the past , Kennedy , MLK, Bill .
Each had more hidden flaws, yet each had seasons of greatness . Today we laud them .
Why should we be surprised at yet another flawed man who is up front

I mean really...Is this what a Presidential candidate is stooping to? Would Ike do this? Or Ronnie? Or Barry? Or Hillary? Or Bush #41? Or Bush #43?
Here's a link to an article about The Donald criticizing the way Kasich eats. This is not a joke. Read for yourself: https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/trump-relentlessly-mocks-kasich-never...
Word on the street is that there's a supposed recall petition out there for the recall of PH2.
Possibly led by a former fairly-known Democrat.
Not Carty or Konop. They would make this rumor even more juicy.
Anybody know anything?
If Putin thinks he's bitch slapping O'Bama he damned well better understand he is doing that to all the American people. We will be here long after the current Potus' is put out to pasture.
ClearChannel will be tracking you through its thousands of billboards across the country.
Amanda Clark had survived. It was a miracle! She had been using her cell phone while driving a large vehicle. Amanda ran a stop sign. She was broadsided by another vehicle. Her vehicle rolled over about 3 times and ended up on its top. Amanda survived with only minor injuries. She was a graduating senior in high school. She claimed that she knew how lucky she had been to survive. She swore that no message would ever be that important to her again.
I love local radio. I've always resisted subscribing to services like SiriusXM because I like live local radio--regardless of if I'm home or away.
Lately, I just can't stand listening to the local morning and afternoon shows on WSPD. It reminds me of CKLW's Saturday afternoon garage sale program where people call in and say things like, "I've got a beautiful ceramic Dalmatian that I'll sell for $37."
A lot of people are speculating on the presidential primaries and the eventual nominees from the Republican and Democratic Parties. But what if a third person entered the race in Presidential General Election? Remember Ross Perot?
The United States presidential election of 1992 was the 52nd quadrennial presidential election. It was held on Tuesday, November 3, 1992. There were three major candidates: Incumbent Republican President George H. W. Bush; Democratic Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton, and independent Texas businessman Ross Perot.
As you may recall, Russia took its good old time to get directly involved in Syria. Even though Russia had been a forever backer of the Assad regime, Russia seemed reluctant to take decisive action. Apparently, after years of assessment, Russia decided that ISIS/ISIL or Daesh, whatever is your choice of what to call them, amounts to a much greater evil than is the Assad regime in Syria. Apparently also, Russia assessed the moderate opposition to both Daesh and Assad to be unreliable, disunited, and too weak to be effective.
According to the latest polls, the best candidate for the Republicans to nominate out of the "Final Three" is John Kasich. It's not even close. Those who read here regularly know that I do NOT like John Kasich AT ALL! I regularly call him Governor Sick, but the numbers are fairly consistent throughout February and March.
When running against Hillary, Kasich is a clear leader in all recent polls: http://www.electionprojection.com/latest-polls/national-presidential-pol...
The Waterville Ohio EPA Nexus Compressor station Hearing is Wednesday March 16, 2016. Hearing starts at 6PM. Location is the Waterville Primary Community Room, 457 Sycamore Lane, Waterville, Ohio.
Things of note: Area governments have passed over 14 resolutions against the Nexus pipeline. Wood County Commisioners wrote a April 30 ,2015 letter to area politicians complaining of their lack of representation on this Nexus pipeline. http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq262/wolfmanwon/Waterville%20Compres...
According to dirtyenergymoney.com since 1999:
Time for your endorsements - the major players had their say. You have your say.
A citizen emailed me this on Sunday - apparently Vicki has yet to file normal campaign finance reports. (Disclosure - I am not a fan of Vicki and will not be voting for her today nor ever again.)
As you are aware I had filed a complaint against Kevin Haddad regarding misinformation on his campaign signs.
Vicki Donovan-Lyle appears to be incompetent in various aspects of political life in addition to her inexcusable failure to pay property tax on more than one occasion. I submitted a complaint regarding irregularities in her filings with the Election Commission.

Tonight could be the first really major knockout blow in both primaries.
We're finally getting into winner-take-all states with a huge ammount of delegates.
Normally this is done by Super Tuesday but on both sides it's been just close enough to keep this interesting.
Michigan and Florida are the big ones. They hold a lot of delegates. Trump leads in both as does Hillary.
For the Democrats those two states make up almost 350 delegates or 14% needed. For the GOP they make up 160 delegates almost 13%.
The Republican Party once championed preserving the Union and the Civil War solidified that effort. Since Lincolns death some of the most evil people have arisen that worked to destroy good American values. Trump is demonstrating almost identical tactics and strategies the Nazis Party in Germany instituted in the Twentieth Century. Hitler used a democracy to gain power and once he did the world turned upside down. Take a look at the quality of candidates the GOP has running for POTUS. One of them might make a decent POTUS. The others don't come close.
I listened to part of his speech. The Donald -- of all people -- decried the deep divisions in our country, after he has spent the entire campaign, since he entered the fray, ripping various ethnic and/or racial groups in our society.
I am as shocked as the rest of you on how Donald Trump got to the point he is currently at because I was one of the people thinking he would implode at any time. But the personality he displays and the excusing of his bad behavior has made me uncomfortable. Trump's rise and character traits have some eerie parallels with former Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner.
I am scratching my head about how he got this way, but the similarities between Donald and Carty that are too close for my comfort and I hope that other people see it too.
