The Democrats will loose seats. Not because they are passing legislation that people don't want. They'll loose because the economy sucks and it's not turning around fast enough.
The real winners of the 2010 will be one group and one group alone. Fiscal conservatives. They are the tea partiers. They are the ones who are most energized. They are the ones with the biggest voices right now.
They will bring into congress with them a voice of deficit cuts and cuts in spending. Career politicians beware.
