Why are other people being considered? We voters spoke, so shut up and listen to us. Torres's opinion should count just as much as everyone else who voted in the last election, perhaps even less so considering the question over his residency. Sure, it might have been technically legal, but how many Development Specialists call a rented room their primary residence? I just have this image of him giving a tour of his home...
