After talking to two of your closest friends, that being the abused Scout and your partner in crime Michael Vick , and we know how the both of you just love dogs, you decided to make the majority of the city happy by stepping down.

Czarlton steping down on his own will coincide with the continent of Atlantis reappearing from the depths of Lake Erie. I once asked a person what does narcissism mean and it was explained to me this way. You go to a restaurant and you find that the chocolate cake was absolutely delicious. Instead of recognizing that the cake has a fantastic recipe or the restaurant has a great dessert chef, the narcissist would conclude that the cake is excellent because the restaurant knew he or she were coming.
Dictionary.com defines the word narcissism as:
1. inordinate fascination with oneself; excessive self-love; vanity.
2. Psychoanalysis. erotic gratification derived from admiration of one's own physical or mental
attributes, being a normal condition at the infantile level of personality development.
I especially like definition number 2. In my opinion it accurately defines Czarlton. Czarlton is close to being seventy years old, but we have to ask ourselves what level is his personality development? For those people who approve of Czarlton, I ask this question. Is the City of Toledo being run by a five year old?
No! Actually the city is being run by someone who is in his late 60's and has "senior moments". From what I understand, he has a very difficult time dealing with this situation. And nobody has ever picked up on this!
No doubt about the mental illness part. The "senior moments" are something new.

This one's obviously in the wrong socket and waay too tight...
I saw a movie on Showtime last night titled, "Downfall". It was about the last days of Adolph Hitler in his bunker when the Russians were storming Berlin. The movie depicted Hitler as irrational, schezephenic, and having paranoid delusions that the end was not near. From what I've heard this is also an accurate description of Carty Finkbeiner.
I've known Czarlton for over thirty years. He must have been having senior moments in the seventies because he behaves today the same way he behaved back then. This is not called a senior moment. This is called mental illness.
