An Associated Press review of public records shows Toledo Democrat Marcy Kaptur ranked second in Ohio in postage-free congressional mailings.

those house to house mailings happened alot !

I don't think the USPS gets any money from Congress. The Cinci Enquirer did a good job posting the numbers.

Amounts spent on constituent mail by Ohio's 2006 congressional delegation, listed in descending order. Figures are rounded to the nearest dollar:

U.S. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, D-Cleveland: $106,490.

U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Toledo: $75,600.

U.S. Rep. Jean Schmidt, R-Miami Township: $69,803.

U.S. Rep. Deborah Pryce, R-Upper Arlington: $67,605.
