A study by the Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions demonstrates inequities in the allocation of educational funding among school districts throughout the state.
(Comment - did anyone else pick up on the fact that Ignazio Messino seems to always refer to the Urban Coalition as a 'small but vocal group' while it's a watchdog group to other publications?
... and I would think that the union (which supposedly acts in the interests of teachers and their students) would agree. If it takes a state law applicable to all school districts to get a reasonable level of "equity" then that's would should be pushed for. I am willing to write my state representatives to get such a bill. Is an example of a form letter or e-mail available yet to push for this legislation?
