...stat the other day that said China will exceed the US in carbon outputs much earlier than anticipated (like in the next couple of years), yet China was not subject to Kyoto or to any regulations about carbon output.
Seems to me that simple carbon output regulations (similar to what other industrialized countries already have) on industry would do a lot to combat the man-made contribution of carbons in the atmosphere - and that there is more potential for positive impact in China than in the US. Is anyone championing such clean-up of greenhouse gases for China?
