Shameless Plug #1- As of today I have interviewed most of the candidates running for Toledo City Council in the primary next Tuesday. We podcast these on our website at www.wspd.com. Currently you can listen to Birmingham, Cichy, Leggett, Shanahan, Shankland, Ashford, Campos, Haupricht, Collins, and Webb. Others will be on Thursday and Friday of this week, including Branyan, Kidd, Baron, Simpson, and Traynum. They will be podcast once they have aired. It's always interesting to hear in their own words the answers to many of the same questions. Please vote next Tuesday if you live in any of the three districts having a primary.

I think with the way this city gets it's politicians now I think we'd be better off with removing the elections in favor of a WWE style winner take all battle royale. After all it couldn't be worse.
