It's official. Larry F'n Kaczala has thrown his toupee into the ring for Toledo Municipal Court. Former Tom Noe lackey...losing auditor whose transition from office was as smooth as a William Hung song...screams "judicial material" to me. But there is an ulterior motive...Larry can't find a job.
Perhaps if he checked out monster.com he could have saved himself the trouble of collecting 50 signatures to get on the ballot.
