Now the idiot as joined the tanks of Jimmy "Do Nothing" Carter and Yasser "The terrorist" Arafat. Big deal, maybe I'll get one next year.

He's a better choice for Democratic Party principles (hey HEY H*E*Y -- don't laugh!) than the other two mainstream dweebs (Obama, Clinton) who are running. He seems to have acquired some principles (after 8 years of standing behind Billy Boy -- brr!) and is willing to press the environmental button long past the point where corporations want him to shut up.

At any rate, I don't think the DLC will tolerate running any candidate who has already lost an election. This aversion to past failures is yet another significant flaw in the national structure of the Democratic Party.

Anyone who invented the internet and feels hot during a Summer day derserves the Peace Prize. I thought it was funny that Al had to share with the UN panel.

This is too late in coming.

He should have won it as a Senator.... or a VP. Why did it take him 20 years to make this such an important issue?

Especially when he was in a position to actually affect it for so long?
