The February 13, 2008 Toledo Journal says Carty and his senior staff lied and obstructed the investigation of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission of the Griffin, Daugherty, Morehead cases. I read the article this morning and it is very revealing and disturbing.

and quacks like a duck - it's usually a duck. I have to say that if this man is not a true blue racist - then he is just plain stupid. Other than that there is only one possible explanation that comes to a rational mind. He is so egocentric that he's actually had a break with reality.
The reason I say this is that after the set of decisions he has made it would be very difficult, if not outright impossible for anyone who wanted to help the man to build a case they he is NOT a racist.

I prefer not to mention this, but in response to the mayor [on NBC24] who goes so far to say that "even the good Lord, the man upstairs" is on Carty's side. If Matthew chapter 23 is applied to Carty, it clearly says that "the man upstairs" is not on the mayor's side.
Its obvious this man is suffering from a case of idiotalogy, and its going to cost the tax payers a pretty penny. I still dont understand how Gary Daughtery, has a case he was laid off not fired! if the administration was smart wich there not. They would hire Daughtery back its not like he could say no. And on the Griffin and Morehead situation settle with them before it goes to court and upon settling with them get them to sign a agreement that they cant disscuss the case anymore.
And please would somebody on his team stand up to the man and tell him when he's wrong have a little back bone! OOPS MY FALT ALL THE PEOPLE WITH BACK BONE GOT FIRED!

I listened to Griffin, Morehead and Daugherty this morning on the Fred Le Fever's show. It was interesting to learn that the three tried to resolve their complaints with the City last Spring, but CF used colorful language to say, " No !" It appears that CF has brought the intensity of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission investigation on himself. It could have possibly been resolved months ago. That would have just left him with his total disrespect for our armed forces to deal with rather than fight these two battles at the same time.
I had the oppertunity to hear Griffin Morehead and the other guy today. I found it to be very funny when Morehead called in and said basically what goes around comes around. However I DID FIND IT VERY INTERESTING that three people that are supposedly on the same team had different opinions about Brian Schwartz are egos starting to get in the way of friendships?

Has anyone heard that CF is hiring an outside law firm?
According to the Toledo Journal, Carty Finbeiner has hired Fritz Byers, Esq. to represent the City of Toledo against Mr. Morehead, Ms. Griffith and Mr. Daugherty. The City of Toledo has twenty lawers in its employ. Why do the tax payers have to pay for another lawyer? I thought the mayor said there is a budget problem. Is he telling us the staff lawyers are incompetent?
I can't imagine that Carty is being allowed to do this without Council approval. Doesn't the council have to approve such a large expenditure? If not, then why do we even need a council if the administration can spend money as it wants?
Council dosen't get involved unless Carty's expense goes over $10,000, and it looks like the fee will come in under that, hence the $9,999.40 shower in his office.
