Under Restructuring, GM To Build More Cars Overseas

The U.S. government is pouring billions into General Motors in hopes of reviving the domestic economy, but when the automaker completes its restructuring plan, many of the company's new jobs will be filled by workers overseas.

According to an outline the company has been sharing privately with Washington legislators, the number of cars that GM sells in the United States and builds in Mexico, China and South Korea will roughly double.

  Will Obama put a stop to this trade deficit ?

Chinese auto production has quintupled since 2001. She now produces more cars
than Germany and may exceed the United States in 2009. While Chinese auto
exports are still heavily in parts, finished cars are coming soon to a dealer
near you. The Chinese will likely run the sword through the last standing member
of America's Big Three.

As Sept. 11 approaches, many Americans will remember the day this country was attacked by terrorists by keeping the U.S. flag in their hearts and flying it at their homes.

But in a great irony, if you don't check the label carefully, you may find that the symbol of freedom waving in front of your house was made in a communist-run country, China.

  I think it is right to make a statement to China about all this.  They make 1.5 million homeless to build Olympics,  still have alot of repression along with reforms.
