City disability board 'condemns' mayor
Use of handicapped parking decried

Board President Robert Huber, who was appointed by Mr. Ford, then renewed by Mr. Finkbeiner, said in a letter that the mayor received "some well-deserved criticism" for the treatment of his dog, Scout, but the board wanted to focus attention on the illegal use of a handicapped-parking spot as well.

"We believe his conduct in this regard sets a very bad example for the rest of the community and either expressly or implicitly authorizes others to do the same," the resolution said.
