A friend of mine who owns a print/sign business tells me he is owed nearly $6,000 by CitiFest for Tee-shirts with logos and such. I told him not to hold his breath after he said he had sent a letter to Carty asking for payment. CitiFest and the Erie Street Market are the Kiss of Death.

Is it not true that Carty Finkbeiner created this clusterfuck and has passed it around to every entity that's obligated to the city in some way as a scapegoat for this failed idea?

I think Carty should be fiscally responsible, seeing he forced this thing down your throats.
