Chris will speak at the Bowling Green Rotary Club luncheon on 10/30
Make sure his seatbelt's tight in that interview chair. Somebody on Lisa's blog claimed that the police report found it undone.
I heard how far out of touch Jon truly is with the community.
From his lips to my ears....
you named everyone else you claim is "involved", but you didn't name the first person you put in the sgt at arms?
ummmmmm hmmmmmmmm
sorry Jon, but based on this interview, your colors didn't change when the victory was awarded to you.
a few of us know better.
I wish the Republicans in Lucas County good luck.
The sgt of arms that was sworn in was Jeff Simpson a strong Bob Reichart supporter.
he never stated who it was.
I woke up a little late, after working until the wee hours last night and I missed the first 10 minutes of the interview. The instant I woke up, the dream I had was about the Edmund Fitzgerald, and I don't know if this means anything.
My observations:
I have a hard time believing what Jon says.
He said that the old guard voted for him, they did not. He did not sound convincing about how much money he raised.
It is also apparent that he likes to hold a grudge.
Also, it was clear how he operates, when someone asks you a personal question that he can't answer, he turns the table on the other person and gets them to defend themselves. We have seen it on the blogs for several months now. After several pointed questions, he makes an allegation toward Fred and Fred spends time explaining himself, while Jon never answers the question.
If he would have shown much more leadership and would have dropped the grudge, maybe I would start thinking positive things about him. But he needs to really think about what he is saying and think how he presents himself. On the show today it seemed like he did not not present himself as a leader.
Jon has yet to call me. It would seem like he would not want to hold a grudge against one of the most outspoken Republicans of last year's election cycle.
That is my two cents.
