Carty tells us that revenue is down in Toledo. And cutbacks are coming.
One of the revenue items he talked about was the Red Light Cameras!
That the revenue was down from the cameras.
WHAT ! I seem to remember that King Carty said that it was NOT about the money or the revenue from these cameras. He said this in defending them and the additional cameras that were being put in.
It was not about the money. LIE!
Carty relied on those funds for the city. And now the city has to pay the price.

First at the DNC, someone didnt count right, and there was no room at the Ohio table for Carty, and he had to sit with the Illinois folks.
Then, he thought (because Jack Ford did) that he should be able to address all the delegates. Sorry Carty, you dont what Jack had going for him that got him up to the podium (ie proper pigmentation)
After that, he comes back here and when the Obama folks were preparing for the visit, Carty said he would introduce Barak - Obama's folks said no.
So Carty said he'd like to say a few words before Obama's speech - again shot down...
Now we're broke because Toledoans are stepping up and not running red lights, and not parking illegally (in handicapped parking places with our dogs in the car??)
