The personal publicist of Jennifer Hudson said Chicago police are investigating the deaths of the Oscar-winning actress' mother and brother, who were found shot dead at their South Side home. Lisa Kasteler said Friday that no further comment will be made about the deaths of Darnell Donerson and Jason Hudson.
Police spokeswoman Monique Bond said investigators also seek a missing child who is Donerson's grandson. She said the deaths appear to be the result of domestic abuse.

She's an actress - won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 2007 for her role in Dreamgirls. Apparently is in a few movies that have been/are being released this year. Got her start as a contestant on American Idol. (I'm not sure what season, as I don't watch American Idol.)
Of course, regardless of whether she's a celebrity or an average Jane Doe, the awful thing is that there is still a 7 year old child missing, and 2 people have lost their lives. :(
Well, I never watched that POS American Idol, wouldn't bother to see a movie like Dreamgirls, and haven't watched the Academy Awards since the late sixties really,other than maybe two or three times, so no wonder I didn't know.
