The interview that made a TV station persona non grata with the Obama campaign

Spreading the wealth is insulting to these right-wing yahoos who intend on concentrating the wealth. McCain may not have the balls to say he'll concentrate the wealth, but that's what his policies will do.

Wow

a little sensitive. Explain how McCain's policies will do this. We are all interested.

The date was October 16, 1842.

"It is with the middle class today as it was with the nobility in 1789. At that time, the middle class claimed the privileges of the nobility and got them; today, the class which possesses nothing demands to share in the wealth of the middle classes that are now in control."

If ''CON' is the opposite of 'PRO', does that mean Congress is the opposite of Progress?

- Just the KAT, thinking out loud again.

Barack Obama's campaign has killed all interviews with the Florida TV station...
"This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election," wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign, according to the Sentinel.

I guess the Obama campaign can't stand the heat so now they are looking for a way out of the kitchen.

Why didn’t Katie Couric get another interview with Palin? That’s right…those hard questions like “what newspapers do you read?”.

How could someone conceivable answer that question off the top of their head? It was like Couric asked her what Pi was to the 10th decimal.

If

If the media had asked these questions in the debats and after the conventions then a small outlet like this would be the one giving the softball questions.

Instead the majority of the media has been in the tank for Obama since the primaries. With the exception of the Russert moderated debate they were a joke.

But the problems Palin had is exactly the same the Obama camp is having. It was their own quotes that have got them into trouble.

Look at that interview. Every question was about something Obama or Biden had said. Not one of those questions were "unfair" and they were all about major issues on voters minds.

Those are the types of interviews that Republicans get on a daily basis. That is exactly how its going to be in an Obama-Biden Administration. If you dont bow down at the feet of the Messiah then you're going to be cut off and taught a lesson.

They are allowed to choose whatever interviews they want. Is coming out publicly that they won't talk to this station smart? Nope.

But this is no different when the Bush Administration refused to answer questions from newsgroups they felt treated them unfairly and the media SCREAMED censorship (which it isn't anywhere close to the meaning of censorship).

The difference is the Bush administration was already in office before they took this tactic. They didn't do it at a time when voters were trying to figure out what they'd do.
