Joe said he is supporting McCain because the country should be before politics. I thought it was fun when he gave former President Clinton props at the convention. Lieberman says don't be fooled.

""I'm here to support John McCain because country matters more than party," Lieberman said at the Republican National Convention."

"Both of the presidential candidates this year talk about changing the culture of Washington, about breaking through the partisan gridlock and the special interests that are poisoning our politics," Lieberman said. "But, my friends, only one of them has actually done it."

This was my favorite part-- "Bill Clinton, who stood up to some of those same Democratic interest groups, worked with Republicans, and got some important things done, like welfare reform, free trade agreements, and a balanced budget." Did you see the looks on the faces....the tentative applause? Awkward. I'm glad he's on the other side.
