Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner is expected to
announce today that he has hired a director for the city department
charged with attracting jobs, assisting businesses, and coordinating
economic development projects.
David K. Amstutz, former director of new business development for the
Mr. Amstutz could not be reached for comment last night.
Mr. Finkbeiner has been functioning as his own economic development
Regional Growth Partnership, will start Monday as director of the
department of development.
