Dear Republican Leader,
The Encarta World Dictionary defines a Predator as a person, group, or company that destroys others for gain. As witnessed by numerous articles, speeches, and court cases there is a predator amongst the Lucas County Republican Party. A person who controls a group, who is willing with no concern to the well being of the Lucas County GOP, to destroy others for personal gain. A person who has gained the assistance of one of America's Newspapers, and a puppet of the staff, to air his message. A deceitful message of smear tactics in an attempt to elevate his status amongst the party faithful.
Preying on the lowest point in Lucas County GOP history, the Noe era, throwing without regard of substance, the "N"-oe word, in an attempt to redeem himself as the perfect Republican and candidate to be your Chairman.
A predator who is willing to attempt to tarnish the image of a Chairman who has volunteered his time and money for the party.
A predator who has destroyed two years of hard work and effort of its Executive Director.
A predator who has tarnished one of his own to malign and destroy a reputation of the Executive Director.
Terrorizing the Executive Director with a past history, exposed to the public for judgment of actions and misfortunes of the past. Bordering an almost unethical assault through one of America's Newspapers for personal, if not bigger gains.
This predator is the person who wants to lead your local GOP, one who is willing to destroy others for gain. A person who judges others to have the highest moral and ethical character. A person who quotes General Churchill, "Politics is public service, a public service is serving the people." He has served his predatory appetite and now he is wanting to serve you. Since the Noe reign, this predator has been hunting, seeking out, searching carefully for someone or something to prey upon. It is time for the hunter to be the hunted. Please educate yourself about the character of this predator.
Sincerely,
Concerned Republicans
Did you know:
Jon Stainbrook incorporated the Lucas County Republican Party, Dec. 29, 2006? (see attached documents)
Jon Stainbrook attended the Mud Hens season opener with John Robinson Block, owner of the Toledo Blade and strolled to the ball park with Mr. Block.
Despite the glowing terms "Stain" spoke of former LCRP Chairman Jim Brennan in his latest letter, he was part of a coalition with Paula Pennypacker to try and unseat Chairman Brennan.
The following are directly from the Toledo Blade, check out the stories on the "Stain", there are many more details of this predator. From 1997 thru today there are no less than 162 stories which include Mr. Stainbrook's name. Some are about him, some sought his opinion. It would appear that some historical link exists between the Stain and the Blade. I think we all know the Blade is not a Republican friendly newspaper. The question you need to ask yourself - Is this who we want leading the Republican Party?
Lucas County Auditor Larry Kaczala survived a challenge from a former confidant and easily won the Republican nomination for re-election in primary balloting yesterday, according to unofficial returns from the county board of elections.
Mr. Stainbrook said he spoke to Mr. Witzler last night and offered his support to the Democrat through the November election. Blade, The (Toledo, OH) - May 6, 1998
The man known to acquaintances as "The Stain" has all but decided to turn his back on the GOP in favor of the local Democratic Party, but the future in such a move is likely very limited. No one trusts a political turncoat, and the few entreaties he has made to local Democratic office-holders have gone unanswered.
Blade, The (Toledo, OH) - July 7, 2000
Mr. Stainbrook , who has written free-lance entertainment storiesfor The Blade, worked on campaigns for Bob Dole, Bob Taft, Mike DeWine, George Voinovich, and Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry. He ran three times for Toledo City Council, all unsuccessfully. In 1998, while working as a deputy auditor, he challenged Mr. Kaczala in a Republican primary and lost.

Roland, you may say tsk, but you have not been on the receiving ends of a Stainbrook pile-on
Can't take the heat, Chrissy?
but if you read the thread I am laughing at some of the posts that waste bytes of data by avoiding the issue and attacking.
I can take the heat and I post what I get.
In reading the above information it really shows true despair of the guilty to attempt to hang onto the ladder with the last finger on the rung. First let me make a comment on the relationship with the “predator” and The Blade. I am friends with many people; those people do not control my life, my thoughts, my political ideals, or my morality. If this “predator” is friends with Mr. Block and wants to go to a baseball game with him good for him. Should it matter that Mr. Block is the owner of The Blade? Do I agree with Mr. Block 99% of the time? No. Do I agree with my friends 100% of the time? No. That is the best part of friendship. You can be friends with people and not always agree. It opens up the floor for educated discussions. If you take a step back and look at the whole picture you will see that the articles in The Blade about the democrats are very one sided always in total agreement with them. Now take a look at many of the articles where Jon has been quoted or the articles are about Jon. Wait, when was the last time you saw a good article in The Blade about a local Republican? It was long before the Noe’s? I cannot honestly remember. Perhaps there are some “perks” to having a friend like Mr. Block. This does not mean that Mr. Block will be running this “predator’s mind”. Secondly, I find it ironic that this writer or group that put out this letter says that this supposed “predator” is trying to pick people off one by one when this letter is designed to pick off the “predator” itself. I wish that Joanne Wack would have paid her debts to society long ago so there would have nothing in her past to come back and haunt her. Sadly, some people make wrong decisions and they will always come back to haunt you. It is the way the universe is kept in check. Thirdly, in regards to the “political turncoat” comment. I will be the first to waive my hand in the air when asked if I know anything about being a political turncoat. I held many positions within the local, state and national young republicans and threw it all away when I saw what was going on in the local party and I supported Joe Kidd instead of Jeff Simpson for City Council. The famous line is that people inevitably change, there is a problem with this line. People do not change the only thing that does change are the people assigned to lead others through elections and appointments. It was those people that I disagreed with and found myself agreeing with Joe Kidd more than Jeff Simpson. Do I regret my decision to “switch sides”? No, because I do not see myself as being the one that “switched sides”. I found the group as a whole switched and at that time I made a decision that I felt was more of my beliefs. This whole ordeal has been bloody on both sides and I am confident after the reorganizational meeting that everyone will work well together without resentment. If that is not the case then do any of us have a need for a Lucas County Republican Party that holds continual resentment?

Jon should be careful who he's friends with.
The Blocks were quick to support Kest but also drug his name through the mud on the front page.
With friends like those who needs enemies.
But I really don't care because I think Stainbrook is an idiot in the most basic sense of the word. He's accomplished nothing. Helps the city or the party in no way. Hell he can't even get his book published without whining like a little pansy.
He should do what his political ally and other borderline retard Paula Pennypacker did and leave.
