chrismyers (me) posted:
In the battle for Ohio’s 20 electoral votes, Republican presidential nominee John McCain holds a 48 percent to 42 percent lead over Democratic opponent Barack Obama — but with lots of time left in a volatile race, according to the first Ohio Newspaper Poll.
The poll also surveyed Ohio voters on health care, energy, and their personal financial situations — with almost half saying they are worse off today than four years ago.

Pink Slip wants to say that not every poll show McCain again:
"The poll shows a tight race for Ohio and its 20 electoral votes. The new survey suggests that 49 percent of registered voters in Ohio back Obama and 47 percent support McCain"

Coigate wants to add that McCain leads in likely voters:
these polls still are a yawn . Anything can change them. Pink, I know you're excited , but hold on , we'll see. Zogby, 847 voters surveyed on 9/13

Ya THINK?
Polls are mostly BS. I especally like the ones where one person is edging out the other by 1 or 2 percentage points where in the fine print, the poll states their accuracy is plus or minus 3 percent...
It's also ironic (ok, no it's not) at how the people putting together polls always seem to find their results as favorable to the people who are paying them to conduct the polls.
