I have swampbubbles.com as a domain white listed, for some time now, as well as your e-mail domain/address.
Funny thing is, once the traceroute cleared up I started to get notifications, some from Wednesday.
followed the recommendation of your ISP and also whitelisted myself. I got a message delay notice and it said to follow certain steps to whitelist my account.

Is the traceroute I ran showed hops down to different IP's but only mail from swampbubbles was held up and finally showed many days later.
