Maybe it's because I'm using an iPad, but I can't seem to view/access what is posted--but after reading the headline--that's probably a good thing. As Ohio pursues becoming a right-to-work state, we'll be hearing more of this Jim Crow malarkey. I think unions are a good thing. That being said, I believe they need serious change in the way they operate. If they are as good as they purport to be, they shouldn't be afraid of giving people a choice.

The union doesn't own that shop, Don. Or any shop. Have you ever heard of property rights? Googling those might be helpful.
I didn't say the union "owns" the shop, GZ. I said the union is a collective of workers, a "union shop," where protection of employee rights is uppermost. And what do you mean by "property rights," that workers are somehow chattel?
