So

With the above links, are you saying you support people's ability to choose if they will invite Ted, or people's ability to choose to go see his show?

Ted Nugent Show Canceled Over 'Racist And Hate-Filled Remarks'
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/07/22/ted-nugent-show-canceled_n_5608...
Quotes from article:
Nugent speak:

'Dead Or In Jail'
"If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year," Nugent said to NRA supporters in April 2012. "If you can't galvanize and promote and recruit people to vote for Mitt Romney, we're done."

Nugent added: "We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November."

'Apartheid Isn't That Cut-And-Dry'
In 1990, Nugent caused a stir when he commented on racial segregation in South Africa to Detroit Free Press magazine.

"Apartheid isn't that cut and dry," Nugent said. "All men are not created equal. The preponderance of South Africa is a different breed of man. I mean that with no disrespect. I say that with great respect. I love them because I'm one of them. They are still people of the earth, but they are different. They still put bones in their noses, they still walk around naked, they wipe their butts with their hands ... These are different people. You give 'em toothpaste, they f---ing eat it ... I hope they don't become civilized. They're way ahead of the game."

"Venues that booked right-wing, bigot-monster Ted Nugent for performances have started cancelling them. Hopefully, it will continue. It will also, no doubt give the Motor City Madman something else to whine and complain about, which should be entertaining." (MORE)

Two minutes away on Bloomfield is one of the finest Mexican restaurants you'll find anywhere, Casa Piquin, at 537 Bloomfield. Good sized portions, some gluten free item, and mole to die for. You could walk to the theatre from here.

You know Fred this Nugent character reminds me of you before Scot Sands (WSPD new program director) made you tone down your hate speech. The guy says things to draw media attention and notoriety for what I believe is his own personal gain. You're done the same on the blogs and with Herr Wilson as your mentor. Thank God Scot Sands came along and saved WSPD (somewhat)!

I thought you didn't listen to Fred or WSPD? How do you know if Fred has toned down his hate speech?

Meanwhile, the Motor City Millionaire goes back to his ranch, and sips an iced tea before taking a bunch of wounded war vets out hunting on his property...

Those poor ignorant war vets, if they actually knew Ted's history of shitting his pants to avoid the draft, they wouldn't have anything to do with the man.

So are you saying that Muhammad Ali is no better than Ted Nugent, AC?

Patience is a great virtue.

Where did Muhammad Ali come up in this discussion, Don?

What should happen to this guy? Allan Block says referring to him as a sub human mongrel is not racist. http://www.worldtribune.com/2014/07/27/major-rally-obamas-tyranny-rocks-...

There you go Fred, wave your flag with the vets but tell the truth about Nugent. Chicken hawks and false prophets are all the rage on our controlled electronic media. The Blade owner can have his conservative opinion but it doesn't mean we all agree.

Agreed. In recent years only two Presidents haven't served in the military-Clinton and Obama.

And you comment about how two recent presidents didn't serve was related to MrIndy's comment about The Nuge how?

You should check a recent paper FredLeFEEBLE, this is Planet Earth not Bizzaro-World and your post had nothing to do with the subject at hand.

Yes, and included the reference to his draft dodging which brought the reference to presidents who also didn't serve. Are you able to follow now? (no piling on please)

So if it's legit to bring up draft dodging Presidents, then GEORGE AWOL BUSH can be brought up too, right?

Oh yeah, you wouldn't want those questions brought up again, would you? OOPS TOO LATE.

Bring it up it won't bother me.

After being confronted with George AWOL Bush, Brave Fred LeFEEBLE ran away, he bravely ran away!

"site not available" yet spambots are now smart enough to spam here. Hmmm.

Fred as you well know as an independent I'm no fan of the Clintons. As for our current president and Clinton neither promote war as the for-profit Republican Chicken Hawks do.

Clinton? Ah,yes, the "pot smoking-draft dodging-womanizer".

I imagine more than a few of you fine fellows attained draft age between 1965 and 1973. When my time came to register for the draft, I quickly invoked my right to claim Conscientious Objector status. Fortunately my number never came up and I was able to shelve my back-up plan of driving across the Ambassador Bridge. I had made my mind up that I didn't want to be needlessly shot up or blown up in the rice fields of South Vietnam. Anybody else care to share their memories of the way we were?

Patience is a great virtue.

Donwert you didn't start any wars? No I didn't think so. So the Chicken Hawks beating their chests should just sit down an shut up!

On 25Aug68, I went to Cleveland for my physical, and didn't pass. I had volunteered for the draft, to go for two years, instead of enlisting for four years. I didn't want to get shot up, either. I have male family members who fought on both sides in WW2. They didn't want to get hurt as far as I remember being told. My Grandfather was in the Army, from 1914-1918, and told me getting hurt wasn't part of his agenda, as well. My quadruple Great Grandfather was an officer in the Union Army from 1863-5. I was never able to ask him why he didn't run when he was called up. All of the aforementioned guys SURVIVED their Wars, as far as I recall none were shot, or wounded. Three kids I went to school with, were killed in Viet Nam. That said, had I passed the physical, I would have left for Ft. Campbell the evening of 28 Aug68. BTW, my lottery number was 308, so I wouldn't have ended up getting called, anyway

Failed physical. Could be ANYTHING, not that I'm implying anything, of course.

Since I was nowhere near you, that counts one or more things I didn't have.

Gotta ask, G-Man. Why'd you wanna go?

Patience is a great virtue.

You hypocritical asshole. My God.
