The Koch Brothers Spent Twice as Much on the 2012 Election as the Top Ten Unions Combined

Quote from article:
"The Wall Street Journal’s Kimberley Strassel either has no understanding of campaign finance, or is willfully misleading her readers. In either case, her column today about the Koch brothers’ political spending—which parrots a meme that has bounced around conservative blogs and websites like a bad chain e-mail—gets the facts about Koch spending versus union spending completely wrong."

I'm wondering why you complained about a lack of specificity in the UNCF post when the pasted article clearly stated the benefactors were Charles and David Koch, then start a new thread wherein neither you nor the author of the linked article specify whether "Koch brothers" refers to some combination of Frederick, Charles, David and William Koch. Since you tune in religiously to his program, I'll chalk this up to another disappointing outcome of Freducation.

Patience is a great virtue.

If you took the time to read the article you'll know through the hyper-links your answer. Living in the world of Koch is not what it seems. Kind of like getting all your news from one source. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=iKS0GVvoE9I#t=37 I have said repeatedly that I find my news from a varied source. The four Koch brothers do not agree in unison. One in particular is the black sheep contrary to the other extremists brothers. In this case its a cynical ploy to again control the nonthinking media.

Fred's "Negro" comment is just another dog whistle racist word to get his racist right wing's attention. Now I don't know where Fred lives these days but from his financial health I think its probably in the inner city or possibly near a section 8 situation. Which makes one wonder if its smart for him to post these types of dog whistle racial blogs.

Statements made are the opinion of the writer who is exercising his first amendment right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and are generally permitted.

Everyone realizes Fred was race-baiting. He probably snickered because he got to use the word "Negroes" since it's in the name of the fund. His "dog whistles," as you call them, are unbecoming of a radio show host, but likewise your constant references to his personal life are unjustified.

Patience is a great virtue.

How much did Soros spend?

Oh

Oh yeah?

http://grist.org/article/koch-brothers-tea-party-connections-confirmed-v...

Direct link between you Teabaggers and the Kochs. You're a Koch-sucker, you Tea-tard. The Kochs bought you and you are a sucker.

https://www.opensecrets.org/news/2010/09/opensecrets-battle-koch-brothers/

Koch Industries, an oil refiner, is the nation’s second largest private company with about $100 billion in annual revenue. Soros is chairman of Soros Fund Management, a highly successful hedge fund that has provided financial and investment strategies to a variety of funds. As of June 30, 2009, the hedge fund had holdings valued at $4.2 billion.

David and Charles Koch are tied at No. 24 on Forbes top billionaires list with a personal fortunes of $17.5 billion each. Soros is No. 35 on the list with a net worth of $14 billion.

Yeah, I see how amateur the Kochs are. They clearly have LESS money and LESS at stake than Soros. Sure. Right.

It's called the United Negro College Fund...........for cryin' out loud. If there's a dog whistle involved only you two asswipes can hear it. Are you saying that when it's printed in newspapers and said by liberal news commenters on MSNBC it's okay, but not for me? Really mrIgnorant you are living up to your name this week.

Any statement I make is the opinion of me exercising my first amendment right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and is generally permitted.

Yeah, sure, Fred. Your motives were pure. And the sarcasm in your post's title was entirely unintentional. You remind me of the third-grader who belches out loud in class and quickly points to the kid next to him when the teacher looks up.

Patience is a great virtue.

Time to raise union dues, At least on those who actually pay dues.

Because you want "right-to-work" in a union shop and not be part of the union and get the union benefits without contributing to the union that negotiated those benefits.

We see what you did there.

ggggggggg

Are we having a bad day, birdbrain?

MORE UNSOURCED BULLSHIT FROM DTOM

What about the National Association For The Advancement Of Colored People, does it support the United Negro College Fund?

oh man, you used colored and negro in the same post.....racist. donwert and mrignorant know what you were thinking when you did that, they can see into your intentions.

Any statement I make is the opinion of me exercising my first amendment right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and is generally permitted.

You posed the question, "What Should United Negroes Do?" Not "What Should The United Negro College Fund Do?" Your fanboys might not grasp the distinction, but most of us understand what you set out to do. You agitate for agitation's sake. Doing so is probably a requirement in your latest Clear Channel contract.

Patience is a great virtue.

I hate it when that happens.

How can it complain about bad math, and then take 17 conservative groups with massive amounts of donors and attribute all the spending to the kochs... Those numbers are so much bad math...

The tea party radio network
http://www.politico.com/story/2014/04/tea-party-radio-network-105774.html
"A POLITICO review of filings with the Internal Revenue Service and Federal Election Commission, as well as interviews and reviews of radio shows, found that conservative groups spent nearly $22 million to broker and pay for involved advertising relationships known as sponsorships with a handful of influential talkers including Beck, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh between the first talk radio deals in 2008 and the end of 2012. Since then, the sponsorship deals have grown more lucrative and tea party-oriented, with legacy groups like The Heritage Foundation ending their sponsorships and groups like the Tea Party Patriots placing big ad buys."
